We believe that, despite conflict being inevitable, we’re all decent human beings and we’d never do something to deliberately harm one another. We still gave ourselves a few basic rules to set-up and operate the business, but these rules are not set in stone, and they will evolve over time through a democratic process.

This is why our annual meet-ups are so important.
