What we did
We conducted in-depth research across Europe to understand the evolving needs of existing and prospective users, alongside insights from key industry experts. We synthesised the findings into actionable insights and defined solution spaces, guiding both the evolution of existing products and the development of new kitchen water system concepts. Together with the client’s core team, we prioritised the solution spaces and translated them into an opportunity roadmap. The roadmap outlines a multi-year strategy for the kitchen water offering, aligned with the company’s overall strategic direction.
To ensure adoption and continuity, we involved multiple departments from the start and brought them in at key milestones. This cross-functional approach supported knowledge transfer and helped embed both B2C and B2B learnings into product strategy and development.
